SCA's corporate website ranked number three among Europe's 500 biggest companies at 17th annual edition of KWD Webranking 2013-2014

SCA's corporate website has yet again been ranked top three among Europe's 500 biggest companies at the 17th annual edition of the KWD Webranking 2013-2014. KWD Webranking is the biggest and most recognized ranking of corporate websites globally based on stakeholder demands.

In the 2013-2014 edition of KWD Webranking SCA maintained its position as number three among the 500 biggest companies in Europe (Financial Times' Europe 500 list) with a score of 78.9 out of 100 possible points. In the Swedish rankings SCA maintained its number one position for the third year in a row.

"We are very happy and honored to be ranked top three in Europe for the second time in a row. This award shows that we are on the right path towards having the best possible website for our target groups but we are not satisfied until we are number one," says Boo Ehlin, Vice President Media Relations and Online Communications.

KWD Webranking has been carried out every year since 1997. In the 2013-2014 edition, the ranking is done on 102 criteria's, which are based on 400 responses from the capital market and job seekers. Based on the respondents' views and opinions, the review criteria is put together and used when ranking the websites. In total over 850 listed companies where included in the survey. The included companies are selected by market capitalization.

"SCA has a strong presence in digital channels and a clear focus on adapting the website to their stakeholders' needs. It has the best scoring press section while also receiving high scores for clear and strong strategy descriptions.
